I came in for stress and relief for Crones disease that I’ve had ever since I was 24 years old. Dr. He has helped dramatically with stress relief, I feel much stronger and younger. I was diagnosed with MS 3 years ago, I started coming to Dr. He shortly after. Since that time, not only have I maintained my overall health but I’ve regained my strength. Now if I have to travel for work and miss any treatments, I can tell the difference. I have seen improvement and continuing improvement. I have served 24 years in the U.S. Navy, 14 years as a corporate executive, 25 years as a Scoutmaster, and many years as a volunteer. I mention these vocations and avocations to emphasize that I have seriously stressed my body and suffered multiple injuries. From broken vertebra to damaged knees and auto accidents to hip injuries and arthritis. Even though I enjoyed everything that I’ve done, the pain and accumulated injuries have taken their toll. My doctors and surgeons all recommended that I try acupuncture. Let me be clear, I had low expectations for success. Thank God I was wrong! Over 4 months, Dr. He has accomplished a great deal, by means of acupuncture, acupressure, and herbs. I have begun to feel substantially less pain in all my bad joints. I have more flexibility, and can walk 2-3 miles almost pain free. I have also noticed a significant improvement in my attitude in life as a result of mental stress and pain reduction. My balance has also improved and I feel good! I will continue to see Dr. He no matter what. My quality of life has and will continue to improve greatly. After nearly two weeks in bed, with some relief from chiropractic care and actually passing out and throwing up from the pain caused by prescription medications, I went for my first acupuncture session with Dr. He. After my first session I was able to sit up and lay down without assistance; after my second session I was able to sit down for short periods of time with minimal discomfort; after the third session the only things I could not do were lean over or pick up heavy objects. My husband said he wouldn’t have believed it if he hadn’t seen it! I work hard and I’m lucky to be in good health and good shape which counts significantly towards the speed with which someone would respond to treatment, as well as the nature of condition. Equally impressive though is how Dr. He diagnosed many issues that contributed to my back pain and have been affecting my health overall without me even noticing it until he treated them. It is very much a holistic treatment and a process that I wish I’d started many years ago! I am always thankful that I live in a country that embraces diversity and gives us alternative options to choose from, such as acupuncture. I started out with lower back pain and sciatic pain down my left leg to my foot. With acupuncture treatment and the weight loss program that was set up by Dr. Zhong, my pain decreased and so far I’ve lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks.
