After nearly two weeks in bed, with some relief from chiropractic care and actually passing out and throwing up from the pain caused by prescription medications, I went for my first acupuncture session with Dr. He. After my first session I was able to sit up and lay down without assistance; after my second session I was able to sit down for short periods of time with minimal discomfort; after the third session the only things I could not do were lean over or pick up heavy objects. My husband said he wouldn’t have believed it if he hadn’t seen it! I work hard and I’m lucky to be in good health and good shape which counts significantly towards the speed with which someone would respond to treatment, as well as the nature of condition. Equally impressive though is how Dr. He diagnosed many issues that contributed to my back pain and have been affecting my health overall without me even noticing it until he treated them. It is very much a holistic treatment and a process that I wish I’d started many years ago! I am always thankful that I live in a country that embraces diversity and gives us alternative options to choose from, such as acupuncture. Dr. He’s treatments not only made my back better but, it is making me happier, stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been before!
