Sciatic Pain

For years I suffered from nagging sciatic nerve pain as a result of golfing. The pain ran down my left side all the way to my ankle.

After a series of steroid injections and physical therapy sessions didn’t eliminate my pain, my orthopedic doctor suggested a surgery option. But, I was not committed to such an invasive procedure.

As an alternative, he referred me to the doctors at H & Z Acupuncture.  I called for an appointment and the friendly office worked me right in.

I had both acupressure and acupuncture done by Dr. He and Dr Zhong at my first session and I immediately found relief from my tension, tight muscles, and pain. After just six sessions my pain is practically gone.
