I started going to Dr. He for acupuncture after getting plantar fasciitis in both feet. It was very painful and after trying cortisone injections, physical therapy and rest for six or seven months, but getting very little relief, a coworker suggested acupuncture and recommended H&Z Acupuncture. Initially I was seeing Dr. He once a week for the treatment of the plantar fasciitis. It was amazing to me that I could have pain before the treatment and then no pain after the treatment. It took several months of treatment but the pain finally went away. I still go to acupuncture once a month for whole body balancing and stress reduction. I feel very relaxed after having acupuncture and I believe it keeps me healthy.
