I have been seeing Dr He for about five years, first for pain management, but now I go monthly for overall balanced wellness and stress relief, (and aging as we do, he works on assorted new pains). Acupuncture is not a quick remedy, (although one time he cured a lower back spasm in minutes with just four needles). Acupuncture promotes regenerative health and whole body balance. It’s not painful; as a matter of fact, it’s nice to relax during a midday appointment. The office is professional yet with a heartwarming atmosphere. H& Z Acupuncture genuinely cares about their patients wellness!
