I have had lower back and neck pain for over 20 years. I have done Physical Therapy approximately 50 times, I have had steroid injections 4 or 5 times, and have done all kinds of stretching and nothing really seemed to work for me. I have taken a lot of medicine for my pain and they haven’t worked. This has been my tenth visit so far here at H & Z Acupuncture office and my pain is nearly gone. Acupuncture seems to really be working for me. My pain has reduced. I sleep better and I now have more energy. Acupuncture has been painless. The needles do not hurt. I would highly recommend acupuncture if you have not tried this treatment before.
