I’ve had bad chronic neck, shoulder and lower back pain for over 30 years, which became extremely worse for last three years. The pain can be as severe as 10 in scale of 1-10. I believe that the pain came from my arthritis which deteriorated over the years. For treatment of the pain, I have had multiple chiropractic treatments, over 15 times of epidural injection, and a minor surgery to remove bone spurs in my low back. After all of these treatments, my pain has never be able to be significantly reduced. Dr. recommended a surgery on my lower back from L4 to L5, but I wanted to do alternative medicine at first.
A week ago, my doctor referred me to Dr. Zhong at H & Z Acupuncture office. I have had three acupuncture treatments thus far and I feel really good. I can tell a huge difference. On a scale of 1 – 10 my pain level reduced to as low as 2!. My sleep has been much better, I was not able to sleep on my back before but now I can. I highly recommend acupuncture to those with the same problems as me.
