Arthritis and Low Back Pain

I had arthritis pain and was hopeful it could be reduced or eliminated. Dr. He was professional and explained his training and why he also studied Western medicine. On my first visit Dr. He reduced the pain in my right hand and by the end of my 5th visit the pain was gone and has stayed that way for the past few days. Prior to Dr. He’s treatment I had to wear a hand brace most of the day and overnight. For those that have not had constant arthritis pain there is no way I can explain how good it feels to be pain free for even a few days. I was unaware that I had sciatic nerve issues but on my first day of treatment Dr. He pointed this out and I felt a lot of pain when he checked lower back. By following his instructions of using a heat patch on my back to reduce inflammation I still have some sciatic nerve pain but it has improved every visit. The chiropractor I have been going to told me that my lower back pain was because I was not doing enough stretching. Well after using the heat patch my lower back pain has been eliminated without anymore daily stretching and I can walk up and down the stairs with no hesitation or pain. Dr. He said my L4 was inflamed and as soon as that was taken care of my sciatic nerve issues would go away. My Rheumatologist recently told me I had Vitamin D deficiency from a blood test taken a year ago and she waited a year to tell me. Without a blood test Dr. also said I needed to be taking vitamin D and calcium supplements and he sent me home with these supplements. I have recently been diagnosed with dupuytrens disease and I hope Dr He. can help me with this and avoid hand surgery. I am 69 and feel that Dr. He has provided an answer to my arthritis pain as several other doctors suggested hand surgery.
