I had extreme stress from work, causing lack of concentration and lack of sleep at night. I broke out in the night sweats due to stress, to the point where my bedding became soaked. I had acupuncture treatment at H & Z Acupuncture, 3 times per week. I felt less stress after each treatment. After my fifth treatment, I felt ease, very relaxed, and happy. I am now able to concentrate and able to sleep throughout the whole night.
